The MTI Helios 2.0 yoke-style inflatable PFD is super comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for all-day wearing. With a wide collar opening, soft neoprene neckline padding, quick-drying and comfortable 3D Mesh lining, and a longer torso length, the Helios 2.0 is super-comfortable and provides that “I forgot I had it on” comfort. The Helios 2.0 inflates in seconds after a firm tug on the ripcord tab, providing 29 lbs of instant flotation. This manual-pull inflation system requires a conscious wearer to pull the release (as compared to water-activated systems). Single point indicator window allows you to confirm inflation cylinder readiness. Other features include an oral inflation tube for inflation without use of a CO2 cylinder, a zippered front pocket for storage of CO2 cylinder when not in use or keys and other essentials while in use, reflective trim for increased visibility, MTI’s rear-shoulder-mounted Daisy-Chain-Attachment-System to attach a strobe for safety or other items, and a tethered whistle.
