Elk Backstrip (Salmonfly Hair)

This hair comes from the mane to the rump of the cow elk which is longer and darker than flank hair. Averages about 2" in length with a texture that makes a great wing on larger, high floating Stonefly and Hopper patterns. Beautiful rich color.
