The "O" ring and "8" ring reels feature a tough steel cord with a 20-inch draw, and are best suited for light accessories like nippers, files, and floatant.

The "D" ring reel features a nylon cord with a 28-inch draw, and is best suited for heavier accessories like clamps and fly boxes.
