Though designed to pair with our Carbon Waders, this shell stands alone—weighing less than a pound and featuring a four-way stretch hard-shell outer layer that moves unlike anything you’ve ever worn. Whether you travel across the globe, or just higher up your local creek than most are willing to venture, the Carbon Jacket will keep you dry without holding you back.

The Carbon Jacket was developed as a warm weather exterior shell. Built with a performance fit, the Carbon Jacket fits true to size when worn with light layers underneath. If paired with heavier insulation pieces you may want to size up.

Light & Fast

Your fishing gear shouldn’t slow you down. We designed and developed the Carbon Collection as a system featuring a full-length jacket paired with a lightweight convertible wader. Lightweight, waterproof textiles finished with highly breathable laminates are implemented to provide protection from the elements for your pursuits in warmer environments. The Carbon Collection was made for the variable days in the season when the forecast goes from warm to wild.

Full-Stretch Breathability

The Carbon Jacket uses Toray's® Primeflex™ yarns for a full-stretch face fabric designed for mobility and comfort. Cross-sectional structure and spiral yarn allow Primeflex fabric to stretch without the use of elastane. An added laminate creates a full-stretch, waterproof/breathable textile and the interior circular knit backer delivers soft next to skin comfort. The Carbon Jacket lets you stay dry and comfortable whether its warm, wet or both.

Built lightweight and packable for warm days with thunderstorms in the forecast, the Carbon Jacket comes in at just under a pound to conveniently stash away until it’s needed.

Integrated storm hood design provides great coverage from the elements and a low-profile fit.

Angled oversized chest pocket with integrated drain holes provide easy access and reduced bulk from fishing cargo and tools.

Articulated sleeve patterning coupled with stretch shell fabric allow for unparalleled range of motion through casting and rowing strokes.
